Yes, you can make your own reservation. For information please check the website.

 

The proof should be an official document proving your student/recent graduate status. This can be for example a diploma or an official document stating your enrolment in a pharmacy study. The document does not necessarily have to be in English.

The Visa Invitation letter (also for accompanying persons) will be automatically sent to your e-mail when you have successfully registered and finalized the payment. If you have not received it, please contact the congress team at: congress@fip.org

Yes, presentations will be made available to attendees on the day after the day that they have spoken via a password-protected link provided by in your Pack&Go email.

We strongly discourage registering on site as you will not be guaranteed materials or seating. It is best and financially more attractive to register in advance. Please check here the fees and registration deadlines.

Yes, you can indicate your dietary requirements during online registration.

Every year, we do provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. More information will be published on the website after the programme is finalised. You will also receive a certificate of attendance that will state your name and that you attended the congress which you can use it for your personal administration. Feel free to contact your national pharmacy organisation in this regard, however.

Business attire or business casual. Business attire recommended for the Opening Ceremony, festive dress for the closing dinner.

The confirmation sent by to you by FIP Headquarters serves as a receipt as it specifies the date, method and amount of payment made.

You will receive an auto response shortly after you submit the form with the details of your registration.
Once your payment has been processed you will receive your confirmation of registration, which is your invoice/receipt. If not received, please check your spam box.

After the online registration process, participants have the option to request an official letter of invitation for visa purposes. Please check carefully the confirmation letter of your registration, a link is included to apply for a visa letter. Embassies and consulates will only accept this letter if it is accompanied by a confirmation of registration and payment for the congress. In order to avoid disappointment, we advise you to start your visa application as early as possible

You will receive the letter as a PDF after completing the online registration and payment.

FIP is a non-profit and non-governmental organization, in official relations with the World Health Organization and subject to strict limitations with regard to sponsorship from e.g. pharmaceutical industry, and therefore not able to waive registration fees for or sponsor attendance of our congresses. The FIP Foundation has some scholarships available for Early Career Pharmacy Professionals.

Only fully registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the congress. Accompanying persons and exhibitor staff are not entitled to receive one.

If your accompanying person would like to attend the sessions, the person does need a full congress registration.
